This program allows individuals in the Tri State area to have access to adaptive and durable medical equipment, enabling individuals and their families to limitless participation in home and community activities that may enhance independence and quality of life.
ARK Advocates has established a collaborative partnership with Easterseals Iowa Assistive Technology Program. Easterseals Iowa Assistive Technology Program is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living as authorized by the Assistive Technology Act (P.L. 108-364). The Center for Disabilities and Development, Iowa’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, is the lead agency and Easterseals Iowa is the implementing agency for these funds.
There is a variety of equipment available for “check out” for temporary/short term use, for a trial leading to a purchase or for recreational purposes. Equipment categories include mobility, communication, daily living, sensory, recreation/leisure. You will find everything from wheelchairs to bathing equipment to adaptive bicycles. We are grateful for our partnership with Easterseals Iowa Assistive Technology Program.

Once you are logged in, you may view items to checkout from our inventory
Select the equipment, add it your cart and check out.

Then the completed application can be emailed to [email protected] or you may print and mail the application to ARK Advocates PO Box 3024 Dubuque, IA 52004
Once the application is reviewed, ARK will contact you to schedule the next steps.
