ARK Advocate adaptive and durable medical equipment will be available for "check out" by individuals with equipment needs including those with special needs. The lending library will allow access to bath chairs, adaptive chairs, standers, adaptive bicycles, gait trainers, wheelchairs, sports wheelchairs, and many other items when families may otherwise not be able to afford such items. Keep checking back for updates to our Equipment Inventory.
Our Seasonal Bike Shed will be available for adaptive bicycle lending. Fill out the application and gain access to bikes to utilize along The Mississippi river flood wall.
The library also accepts tax-deductible donations of gently used adaptive equipment from families that no longer use them.
Accepted donated items are cleaned, and made available for loan to other families, so that no working adaptive equipment is wasted.
We are busy writing grants, finding sponsors to continue to grow our lending library. Please consider donating.
